Quick Crab Quiche
(4 servings)

1. Nonstick cooking spray

2. 4 ounces shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack Cheese

3. 1 cup flaked Crab (I use the whole pkg of Louis Kemp artificial crab)

4. 4 eggs or 1 cup liquid egg substitute

5. 1 cup reduced fat buttermilk mix (Bisquick)

6. 2 cups skim milk

7. 1/4 cup chunky salsa (I use a little more)

AARP Driving Class
